June of 2004, Maya Madden and Wayne Farra opened their new
gallery in Spring Green WI. The gallery features No Rules Jewelry as
well as work by 30 other well known artists. The colorful and bright
new space is located in a group of other fun shops and galleries on
Albany St., and is across from the world famous General Store Cafe.
Jewelry is a priority in the gallery. Here you find, hand
crafted rings, pins and necklaces for any taste and with affordable
prices. In addition, No Rules carries French and English antique
jewelry from the late 1800's and early 1900's.
Handmade tiles are featured from several different tile artists.
Among them is award winning tile artist Pooka Ness from Wisconsin.
Her arts and crafts feel tiles display carved wild flowers in
beautiful
matte glazes. No Rules also carries Motowi tiles from Ann Arbor MI
and the work of tile artist, Rosalyn Tyge from Traverse City MI.
Great pottery from many different potters is also available for
any taste and budget. A large selection of hand made mugs from
different artists as well as bowls, platters, and vases. Another
feature of the pottery room is an ever changing selection of vintage
pottery collected by Wayne.
 Add
in stained glass, decorator pillows, prints and smaller gift items
and you have an eclectic and fun mix of American craft. Stop by
for a visit when you are in South western WI. Spring Green is only 1
hour from Madison an easy drive from Chicago and Minneapolis/St.
